Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of your package. The shipment will be done within a maximum of ten days. We will keep you regularly informed of the progress of your order. Each parcel will be prepared with the greatest care and the sending will be the subject of a follow-up which will also be communicated to you. The work will be insured during transport.
Who takes care of the delivery?
We use carriers such as UPS or FEDEX or carriers specialized in art goods.
What happens if I am not there at the time of delivery?
In case of absence, the deliveryman will leave a notice which will allow you to reschedule the delivery or to withdraw the parcel at the place and time indicated.
Pick up at the gallery 7 days a week
We are open 7 days a week, except on December 25th and January 1st. Let us know when you’re coming so we can pack your work and come by whenever you want!
Engagements
You change your mind?
You have a period of fourteen days to retract and return the work in its original state and packaging. After reception and verification, you will be refunded within 14 days.

Payment
The Artima gallery accepts the following payment cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, as well as bank transfer.
Payment by card will be made via the Stripe operator.
