Joan LONGAS

DREAMSCAPE

Joan Longas, who has been exhibiting at the gallery since 2014, returns with a new exhibition entitled Dreamscape. In it, he shares some of his most intimate and beautiful memories, those of driving along the roads of California, wishing the journey would never end. For him, it’s not the destination that matters, but the journey itself. He paints cars as symbols of life and freedom, motels with dazzling signs, landscapes bathed in twilight, and a rugged coastline emerging from the mist.
